In Atlanta, Terrance Robinson, a middle-aged family man and truck driver, finds himself in the midst of rush hour traffic where every engine has stopped. A few hundred miles away in Savannah, a young couple, Mark and Janice Moss are getting ready for work, but their morning routine is cut short flash of confusion and unrest. In rural Milledgville, Georgia, an ex-Marine named James Cook, prepares for the worst. Though they live in different areas they know each other from an on-line prepper forum. As preppers, their only assured safety is at James’ bug-out house. But getting there won’t be easy in this exciting thriller of a dark future where society is on the brink, and no one is safe.
